課程概述

1.本課是專為華語中高水平的外籍學生所開設，除了訓練學習者閱讀報刊文章外，同時希望藉由相關話題訓練學習者中文表達能力。而每單元除文本閱讀外，會再給予一則相關新聞聽力練習，讓學生提高聽力能力。希望在學生學習新聞篇章的同時,亦能用學過的生詞語法來寫作,達到聽說讀寫四方面的平衡。
2.課程進度將視學生程度及上課狀況進行調整
 

課程目標
 1.訓練學生閱讀報刊文章、有效掌握文章內容。
2.透過新聞聽力提高學生聽力能力
3.藉由相關話題訓練學生的口說能力與溝通互動能力。
4.學生有用正體字寫出短文、書面文章的能力。
 
課程要求
 課前：預習生詞，並完成生詞作業
課後：複習，以及完成指定的作業或報告
上課規定
1. 準時上課，不要遲到早退。遲到二十分鐘，視同缺課。
Attend the class on time, don’t be late for class or leave earlier than scheduled. The student is considered absent if he/she is 20 minutes late for the class.

2. 每個學生一學期可有三次缺席(6個小時，含遲到或早退)，老師不會扣分，但須依學務處規定之請假規定請假或先寫信告訴老師。第七個小時開始，每缺席一小時，就扣總成績1分。缺課時數超過學期的五分之一，按照學校規定不給予成績。
Students who are absent within 6 hours (including the absence that late for class or leave class 20 minutes than scheduled from class) will not lose any point, but you have to follow the school's rules to apply for one day leave or inform the teacher by email in advance, if you are unable to attend the class. From the 7th hour, students will lose two points per hour. Students are absent more than 1/5 of the semester (more than 14 hours, the 14th hour not included.) will fail the class.

3. 課中請勿抽菸、喝酒和吃東西。
No alcohol, No smoking and No food is allowed in class.


4. 課中請勿使用手機和電子產品。(也請勿放在桌上)。
No cell phones and No electronics. (Do not put them on the desk.)

5. 課堂中不說中文以外的語言。
Only “Chinese” in class.

6. 上課時學生不該做其他事情，如寫功課、聊天、睡覺等與課程進行無關的事。需參與課堂活動，聽老師及同學的發言和討論。
Students should not write homework or do other things that are not related to the course, such as chatting with classmates or sleeping during class hour. It’s essential to participate in the classroom activity and class discussion.

7. 準時交作業。
Submit the homework on time.

8. 記得帶課本和上課補充講義。
Remember to bring the textbook and the additional materials made by the teacher.

9. 尊重老師及同學。如果上課中發生同學之間，或師生之間的爭執，或是上課時學生離題的情況，教師將視情況隨時打斷學生發言，以維護課程順利進行。
Be respectful of each other in classroom. Topics discussed in class should be related to the course. If students argue with classmates or the teacher in class, which is effect on the class going on smoothly, the teacher will end the topic anytime. Or, if students talk too much to stray into the topic isn't related to the course, the teacher also will interrupt them anytime.

 (1)作業可手寫課堂繳交，也可電腦打字Email給老師。 (2)作業時間兩週，遲交以60分計算，超過期中/期末考拒收 (3)預計第16周繳交期末報告，模擬記者，撰寫一篇新聞。可以是採訪稿，也可以是新聞專題。(題目與台灣/台北相關，主題不拘。字數300字以上。)  
3. 
 單元報告 
20% 
 (1) 第二堂課抽籤決定報告單元，預計每人報告2次 (2) 上台口頭報告，以PPT方式或其他影音方式介紹一篇與該主題相關的貴國新聞/專題。 (3) 報告時間約8分鐘，需使用生詞及句式，並對同學提問。 上台報告請勿讀稿，讀稿以60分計算
